Formed in Melbourne in 2024, ‘The Rockstars’ tag of “Classic ’80s… and MORE…," sees the band not only cover a broad range of 80’s hits but also delve into classic and worthy tunes from the decades either side.

 With significant attention to detail, ‘The Rockstars’ recreate these tunes as the audience know, remember and love them… just like the record… or CD, or mp3, or streaming service (depending on your age)! All the sounds and hooks of these classic hits are played 100% LIVE… no backing tracks, no lip syncing, no miming, no tricks!

 Not wanting to be another 80’s tribute band, ‘The Rockstars’ repertoire has been carefully selected to differentiate the band. There are no 80’s wigs and costumes but rather a cool ‘rockstar’ look that pays homage to the era without being cheesy. With a repertoire of over 50 songs and growing, ‘The Rockstars’ are adaptable and suited to a vast range of venues, functions and age groups.
